There are lots of myths about the planning process and a feature in the latest edition of Build It magazine (p115, February 2020) lays some of those to rest in an article by a planning expert – it also features one of our Paragraph 79 (which was Paragraph 55) homes.
The National Planning Policy Framework says permission should only be granted for isolated new builds in these areas if they reuse redundant or disused buildings or are of exceptional and innovative architectural design.
We worked with David and Annabel Jones to deliver their vision of an outstanding and innovative sustainable family home on the site of derelict former agricultural building near Child’s Ercall in Shropshire. For more pictures, click here.
