First French project gets the go ahead

We were commissioned to design a new chalet in the French ski resort of Sainte Foy, a village in the Tarentaise Valley in Savoie.

Permission has just been granted for the stunning property that will take full advantage of its position with floor to ceiling windows and doors capitalising on the views from the main living spaces. Balconies will offer the perfect spot to enjoy apres-ski and natural materials such as stone and wood will help the chalet blend into its environment. Internally it will offer a contemporary living space, making it the perfect place to unwind after day in the mountains.

We are delighted to have secured Base’s first ever planning approval in France and look forward to seeing the progress of this build!
