Base Architects, a high-end, award-winning practice, is looking for two new members to join our team.

The positions are open to both Part 2 architectural students and architectural technologists. 

It is key that the candidates carry the same values and morals of the current team. These roles are not open for egos! As such candidates need to be: passionate, enthusiastic, exceptional time keepers, respectful and a good team player. They must be confident to engage with clients, open to feedback and be willing to learn. 

Our practice currently has offices in Shrewsbury and Chester, with a studio with Conwy – these positions are primarily focused in Chester. In a non-Covid world we work on a hot desking basis and interoffice working, therefore you will be expected to work from office to office.

Salaries will be discussed and be specific to the individual based upon role and experience. Any person applying will need their own vehicle in order to carry out site visits and surveys.
