We are delighted to have handed over an exciting development of new build apartments in Rhos On Sea, Conwy, to our client Brenig Construction.
We were retained to deliver a full detailed building regulation and construction detailing package of works, working closely with Brenig’s design team to coordinate architectural drawings and proposals.
The development included basement level parking for the seven apartments apartments that were located on a residential street close to the sea front. With open plan living and generous balconies, the apartments offered luxury living in this coastal location.
