We have partnered with software specialists Shoothill to produce a bespoke a sophisticated project management application to support our day-to-day business operations.

The system will allow the allocation of tasks to be assigned to team members, streamlining the company’s resource management. The system will be tailored to parallel Base’s unique service delivery operations across Shropshire, Cheshire, North Wales and beyond.

Simon Jeavons, Chief Operating Officer & Director at Shoothill, said: “Base Architects are a pleasure to work with. Custom CRM (customer relationship management) features, such as notes and follow-up tasks, will allow the system to host all communication information relating to a quote or a project, to ensure all internal parties can access relevant information in real-time.
