Base Architects were engaged to act as Contract Administrator for the construction phase up to Practical Completion and conclusion of the scheme for private sale
The result
The properties were of timber frame construction and extensive engagement was undertaken with the frame supplier in order to ensure the smooth delivery of the project on site.
