This project was developed in conjunction with Homes & Communities Agency and a private developer to provide office accommodation for an existing business on one of the primary arterial links in Telford.
What We Did
The brief was to establish three offices which had the flexibility to be sub-divided whilst according with a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
The result
The design had to achieve recognition from Homes England design advisors in terms of the quality of layout, architecture and efficient use of land allocation.
