This project involved the creation of 6 new large executive family dwellings with associated garages which provide a contemporary design take on a traditional form.
What We Did
Base Architects worked on this scheme alongside a Private Investor client and identified the land in question which already benefitted from an outline planning consent.
We initially undertook a viability study to assess and understand the best use of the land parcel in terms of final unit numbers and appropriateness for the market place, and subsequently developed and submitted a reserved matters application to gain a detailed planning consent.
The result
Base Architects then developed the detailed building regulations and tender packages and subsequently managed the onsite stage of works acting as Contract Administrator up to completion of the scheme for market sale.
