What We Did
A very detailed brief was taken from the client and reviewed alongside the existing building constraints, and planning and conservation policies.
The result
Close liaison and negotiation was undertaken with the local Conservation Officer in order to gain support for the scheme with Base Architects being engaged for planning, building regulations and tender though to administration of the construction phase of work on site.
