Our clients appointed us to design their forever home on this rural site which already had outline planning permission for three self-build plots.
What We Did
Due to the nature of self-build, each of the plots had its own styling and characteristics reflecting the individuality of each owners’ vision.
Working with the clients, we went for a quite traditional frontage with a more contemporary rear elevation. Here, we maximised the breathtaking surrounding views using large expanses of glazing and a roof-top terrace adjoining the master bedroom suite.
The result
We’ve just completed the six month defects snag and the house is looking great!
We worked on this project from the development and submission of a reserved matters planning application through to building regulations tender and contractor administration.
