This scheme focused on internal remodelling works and a two storey extension to an existing detached countryside property.
The design looked to improve the existing living space in order to meet our client’s aspirations for a more modern open-plan internal arrangement with better direct links to the garden and surrounding rural views.
What We Did
We were fortunate to provide our concept-to-completion service for this project.
We worked closely with our client to develop initial design concepts, formalise and submit a successful planning application, detailed building regulations and competitive tender process through to administration of the contract onsite during the construction phase of work.
