Our WORK

AS AN AWARD-WINNING ARCHITECTURAL PRACTICE, OUR TEAM OF EXPERTS UNDERSTANDS THAT A SUCCESSFUL PROJECT IS RELIANT UPON A PROACTIVE AND FLEXIBLE DESIGN TEAM.

Base has been delivering projects from concept to completion since 2003, and to this day enjoy the challenge of turning a vision into a reality.

How We Handle Architectural Design

The influence of architectural design on a project’s value and success cannot be overstated, and that’s why we place your brief at the centre of every design decision. With careful consideration of the site, understanding of local planning restrictions, and your personal preferences, we begin the design process. This stage involves exploring various design options, eventually working towards a final concept.

Our expertise spans both historical and contemporary architectural styles, and our use of high-end 3D software enables a near-photo realistic representation of the proposed design in its built form.

You are also directly involved in every stage of the design process. This inclusion reflects our belief in the importance of collaboration throughout the entire process of designing and developing a project.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We appointed Base to provide advice and plans for extending and updating our home. Their experience and knowledge of working with historic and listed buildings was brilliant, we've since used them again and highly recommended them to others.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. In this day and age, it's hard to write a review that is gushing with praise, but this one needs to do just that!
It has to be said, the team at Base have delivered in all areas for us as both domestic and business clients.
It's rare to find any business that communicates at every stage of the process as well as base do.
They understand our needs and what is also extremely refreshing is that they challenge our own ideas and enhance them.

Outstanding work and thank you Team Base!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working alongside Base on several of their projects we find that they are a highly professional company which go the extra mile with their design knowledge providing the most in depth drawing for us as a construction company to work from. From concept to completion we find that there is support, if needed at any stage of the project.
